SUPER RUBES

Whatever became of SUPER RUBES? The Discovery Channel moved fast on SUPER RUBES, a weekly one-hour show featuring Rube Goldberg devices (a comically complicated device used to accomplish a simple task, named after cartoonist Rube Goldberg). They were looking for artists, scientists, pyro-technicians, engineers, electricians, architects and designers. Deadline for applications was Dec 15/07. Teams were assembled and shooting began in LA in January/08. Still no word on if or when it will air.
